"Sizing feels off and it wasn’t really addressed"
I ordered my usual size, but these were way tighter than expected and started rubbing my heels quickly. They do look nice, which is why it’s extra frustrating, but the sizing just doesn’t seem right. I also kind of felt dismissed when I looked into it, like it was just assumed I picked the wrong size instead of there being an actual fit issue

"Decent comfort, but I expected a bit more"
I’ll be fair, the shoes felt comfortable when I first put them on, and they’re definitely not bad. But after wearing them for a few hours, my feet started to feel a little tired. For the price, I think it’s reasonable to expect better comfort. They’re okay overall, but I wouldn’t say they fully live up to what they cost.

"Shipping dragged on, and the return was worse"
I ended up waiting weeks for this to show up, which was already frustrating. Then when I tried to return it, the whole process was confusing and somehow cost me even more. i expected it to be smoother than...

"Could use more arch support"
They felt okay at first, but after a few hours my feet were literally hurting. I just wish they had better arch support.

"Just not really my vibe"
I checked out Twisted X the styles just weren’t for me. A lot of the shoes looked a little clunky and kind of outdated in my opinion. The colors and shapes didn’t really feel modern, and I had a hard time finding anything I could actually see myself wearing. I’m sure the look works for some people, but personally, it just wasn’t my style at all

"Customer service was a bunch of slowpokes"
I actually like the boots, but trying to get help was such a hassle. I emailed them about a sizing issue and these slowpokes took days to get back to me. When they finally replied, it sounded like some copy-and-paste nonsense that didn’t really answer my question or fix anything. I had to follow up again just to get somewhere. Not the worst experience ever, but way more frustrating than it needed to be for such a simple issue.

"Leather started cracking way too soon"
I wanted to give these a fair chance, but after only a few wears the leather started cracking. They looked nice at first, but the material just feels cheaper than I expected for the price. I think it’s only fair to expect them to hold up longer than that.

"These boots are comfortable enough for everyday..."
These boots are comfortable enough for everyday wear, but umm, I was a little disappointed that the soles started wearing down sooner than I expected. Not bad overall, just wish they held up a bit longer.
